Due to health and safety regulations, opened vape devices, e-liquids, coils, pods, and disposable vapes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
